In conjunction with our Chief Medical Officer, he created a program that highlights transparency of pricing and maximizes the power of systematic pharmacy rules that never interfere with the quality of care other than to elevate it. Our focus on internal educational programs, individual case consultation, and retrospective pharmacy data mining helps our claims examiners, nurses, and physicians take specific actions and achieve successful claims outcomes.

Lien Resolution and Recovery
Our lien unit successfully mitigates and fights improper liens to lower claim costs, positively affect experience modifcation rates, and deliver value to our customers. We pay an overall average of 7% of resolved lien costs and proudly pass the savings to our customers.
